Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 July 2026
These terms govern your use of TripTrack at triptrack.to. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
TripTrack lets you plan trips with family and friends: suggest activities, RSVP, build schedules, and track costs. The core service is free. Individual trips can optionally be upgraded to Pro with a one-time payment.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 16 to create an account. Adding household members (including children) to your party for cost calculations is done under your responsibility as their parent or guardian.
Your content
- You own the content you add — trips, activities, comments, photos. You give us the licence needed to store and display it to you and your trip members, which is how the product works.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use.
- Anyone with a trip's invite link can join that trip — share links only with people you want on the trip.
Acceptable use
Don't use TripTrack to store or share unlawful content, to harass others, to attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
Pro upgrades
Pro is a one-time payment per trip, processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. If something goes wrong with an upgrade (charged but not upgraded), contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Availability & liability
TripTrack is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we recommend keeping independent records of critical travel details (bookings, tickets, reference numbers). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending your account
You can stop using TripTrack at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may terminate accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
